What Causes Swelling Of Upper Lip?

Question: I have had swelling of my upper lips for the past 2 years, perhaps twice a week, I have been tested for food allergies, I have change lipstick, stopped using any kind of chapstic, and fluoride toothpast help nobody seems to know what is causing this, I was even taken off my high-blood pressure meds for a month but it continued

* Does the swelling come and go? Any specific triggers that you have noticed?
* Is the swelling uniform and does it involve only the upper lips?
* Could you attach a photo of both the normal condition as well as when you have the swelling?
