Brief Answer:
Ultrasound and FNAC required for further assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Presence of breast lump in peri - menopausal individual requires thorough assessment to rule out Breast Cancer. Swelling in the axilla is likely to be due to enlarged lymph node. Whether this lymph node is enlarged due to breast lump if it's on the same side or other reason unrelated to breast lump can only be attributed by knowing the cause of breast lump.
Apart from breast cancer other cause could be chronic breast abscess with associated enlargement of lymph node.

I would suggest you the following which can be done in consultation with your Physician

1. Clinical examination and assessment by your Physician
2. Ultrasound and Ultrasound guided Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) of the breast and axillary lump
3. Mammography

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you a very happy and healthy life.

Take care
