What Causes Swelling On Left Abdomen While Suffering From Rectocele And Hemorrhoids?
Question: I have a rectocele and as of a week ago a hemorrhoid that is protruding. the left side of my abdomen appears to be swollen. There's pressure throughout my abdomen with discomfort, it feels tight when I breathe. No fever, but leg swelling all the way to my feet, especially in the left. All over discomfort .. should I go to the ER, if not what dr should I see?

Your history is suggestive that there may be a mass in the lower abdomen/pelvis and needs urgent evaluation.
I would suggest you to visit ER as there will be clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as soon as possible either to confirm or rule out certain problems.
You need the regular blood, urine and stool tests.
CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis.
Color doppler of hte lower limbs.
The treatment will obviously depend upon the findings of clinical examination including the internal examination and investigations.
