What Causes Swollen Area On Penile Shaft?

Question: I have a sudden swollen area on my penile shaft. It doesn't hurt and it isn't discolored. The location of the puffy area is on the top right of the shaft. Please help.

No discharge no unprotected sex no swelling of the urithra . I can't send any pictures. The swelling has been present for about 4 hours.
