What Causes Swollen Breast And Armpit, Excessive Night Sweats And Inflammation In The Liver?

Question: what could these symtoms be? Male 59 years old swollen breast and armpit. Excessive night sweats, inflamed liver. Not feeling well for a few weeks. Had a UTI that made him very sick also.

Also lost 10 lbs. regular weight is 170ish
