What Causes Swollen Foreskin Post Frenuloplasty?

Please let me know It swelling is serious. How many days it will remain? When I can bring back my skin to original position. I also noticed that few drops urine keeps coming on its own and when I go for Urine. It spreads everywhere and not straight like earlier. Please help me.
Prabably You Have developed Paraphimosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
undergone surgery of Frenuloplasty 3 days back and now developed swelling of the foreskin and unable to bring your foreskin forward.
This is most likely to be due to What is called as Paraphimosis that you have developed after your foreskin being left in retracted position which has swollen due to oedema.
Please consult operating surgeon .He will reduce the paraphimosis by giving injecting Hyluranidase locally .It is unlikely to get resolved of its own .
Continue taking medicines that you have been taking now,
Please do not worry this will get cured and not a serious issue at all.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for the answer. I visited the surgeon. There in ICU, they did bring back my skin forward while swelling was there and swelling has reduced now. But now I see cracks on the tip if foreskin. It is paining and now almost covering the hole. I can not retract my skin now because of pain and the worry that cracks may increase. I have following query:
1. How shall the cracks be cured
2. My stitches are not completely cured. If I do not retract my skin. Is there risk that foreskin will completely attach again with the head can then can never be retracted again.
Thanks,
XXXXX
Cracks will get cured within 10-15 days.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.The cracks will get cured within 10-15 days ,Do ot worry the foreskin will start getting retracted once the oedema subsides and cracks are healed up completely.
Use topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin for local application.
Thanks and Regards.
