Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Please give some details for me to assist you better:
Since when is the problem present?
Your age and gender please?
Is this recurrent means coming and going or came for the first time?
Any other details?

The commonest cause of such a small swelling at the anal verge can be a small boil or a small inflammatory lesion. May come due to enlarge sweat gland or secondary to fissure in ano.
Rarely can be starting of a fistula in ano, but in such a case the swelling is usually very painful, can burst within a few days or may need surgery, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications.

Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since the swelling is present for 2 weeks without much symptoms it may be a small cyst.
It would be better to get this confirmed and also will allow your Doctor to review you for the gas problems.
Get stool and blood tested and an ultrasonography of the abdomen so that an appropriate treatment can be started and get the confirmed diagnosis of the lump near anus; preferably consult a General Surgeon.
