Brief Answer:
You have iron deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I have seen your reports.

Your symptoms may be caused by many conditions like hypothyroidism, depression, anemia, infections, liver problems, kidney problems, etc.
After reviewing your reports, I come to the conclusion that most of your symptoms are being caused by iron deficiency anemia, liver issues, low calcium, low vit D, and a mild infection.
Your thyroid profile is normal. It suggests that hypothyroidism is not the culprit.

You are correct is asking for supplements. I would suggest the following:

- Syrup dexorange 1 tbsp 2 times a day for atleast 3 months. Dont take it with milk. Rinse your mouth after taking it. Recheck iron levels after 3 months.
- Becosule capsule 1 daily for 3 months
- Tab Osteocalcium tab 1 daily for 3 months
- Syr liv 52 1 tbsp daily for 2 weeks. Do not take any thing that can affect the liver. Let me know if you are taking any medicines or supplements already. Which vestige products are you taking? Recheck liver function tests in 4 weeks.
- Regarding infection, let me know if you have any specific symptoms. Meanwhile take cleaner drinking water from RO system and clean hygienic food to avoid any gastrointetsinal infection. It will also help with liver issues
- Yoga, regular exercise and meditation are also helpful in boosting energy.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
