Brief Answer:
Symptoms most possible because of the low levels of thyroid hormone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

With the CHF ruled out, really the next possible problem to give swollen legs, and fatigue is low thyroid hormone in your body.

So, my recommendation is to wait for the results of the labs, because most probably the level of the TSH is not within normal limits, so most probably you will need to regulate the dose of the thyroid hormone you are taking.

Once the thyroid hormone levels have been regulated to normal, will be easier to lose weight and eventually you will be better with the swollen legs.

Hope this is helpful to reassure you.
Let me know if you need more clarifications, or if you have other questions or concerns.
