Brief Answer:
Limb elevation. If persistent, furosemide can be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Putting the feet above the heart level in lying down position over night and also during day, should help in reduction of swelling. The swelling is due to venous insufficiency affecting venous clearing.
2. Put atleast 2-3 pillows below legs, so that the legs is elevated.
3. Little white pimples, could be due to abscess formation, secondary to leg swelling. Once leg swelling reduces, it will heal and disappear.
4. If elevation overnight and during day is not helpful in reducing, diuretics like furosemide can be taken. Dose of 20 mg, once daily should be adequate. Take during daytime, and keep a watch on blood pressure. At nights, limb elevation can be done.

Once swelling reduces, white pimples will heal. Not to worry. Hope you do not have diabetes mellitus. Take a protein rich diet to improve immunity.

Hope it helps.
