What Causes Swollen Lymph Glands In Neck, Breathlessness, Cough And Chest Pain?

Considerations.
Detailed Answer:
hello and thanks for the query,
these symptoms have many features of a panic disorder. if this is at all a consideration there may be some excellent treatment options in the form of oral medications. if this is really not a consideration in your opinion then we must consider some other possibilities.
you have multiple symptoms and it is essential that you establish care with a physician whom you feel comfortable with.
you will likely need a lab evaluation to rule out metabolic changes which might be playing a role.
finally it is imperative that you exercise each and every day for at least 30 minutes. if you are not exercising I suggest you consider generating a diet and exercise plan also.
thanks for your query,
sincerely,

Followup
Detailed Answer:
thanks for the followup.
the scope of your symptoms is somewhat generalized. this means that there may be more than one active process contributing to this. things that come to mind include: thyroid dysfunction, chronic viral infection, vitamin B or D deficiency, electrolyte imbalance, gluten or food sensitivity or possibly depression in addition to possible cardiovascular disease.
with the above concerns in mind, I suggest that you approach a good internist for a comprehensive exam, evaluation and consideration of what may be going on and how it can be addressed.
I can appreciate that you are dealing with a stressful situation and that you're motivated to feel better. I am sure you will feel better - just may take some time.
thanks again for your query,
sincerely,
Dr Galamaga
