Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have either swollen lymphnode or may be pimple.
I have gone through your image also. It is difficult to differentiate from image.
But one thing is sure. It is not a serious looking.
It can be enlarged lymphnode due to reactive hyperplasia due to some infection. It leads to painful lymphnode.
You should just take a course of antibiotics.
It will disappear mostly.
If it does not respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable.
Don't worry. Just be relaxed. Give me follow up.
