Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation and investigations to get a proper diagnosis and Rx

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/57 - swollen nodes both sides of neck - tender - becoming painful - green post nasal drip - on Cold FX and Paracetamol/Vit C mix - wants to know what it is and what should be done...

Your history of green post nasal drip is indicative of an infection that has caused the lymph nodes to enlarge and painful.
Although there is no temperature, the green color and painful lymph nodes are indicative of an active infection and you are already taking medicine with Paracetamol which is a good antipyretic controlling infection.

I would advice you hte following:
Consult your Doctor to get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of the blood, X-ray/CT of Sinuses and ultrasonography of the neck to see the status of the lymph nodes, whether inflamed or have any liquefaction and to get a proper prescription based treatment including an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medication, nasal decongestant drops.

I hope this answers your query and helps you to have proper diagnosis and management.
