I have noted your concerns and will explain to you how to tackle the situation.
I have seen your earlier health record as well and will do my best to facilitate early recovery.
The picture resembles urinary tract infection. This could be related to the genital infection.
If anyone were to present in my clinic with this profile, I would have advised as follows:
1 Abstain from sexual activity, heavy exercise, alcohol, and drink plenty of water
2 Get a culture sensitivity test of urine done. The results take two to three days. Also go in for CBC, urine routine, blood sugar. Share your reports of all tests done with the current problem in focus.
3 Till the time results of test are available, have urinary alkalizers. Citro soda / Alkacitron are few options
4 Fluconazole 150 mg only one tablet for self as well as partner.
5 Ensure that partner is healthy.
Based upon my experience with similar patients, I feel that you should start getting better immediately and the problem can be managed on the suggested lines.
