Question: I have an enlarged testicle. Noticed it about 6-8 weeks ago. about twice the size as the other. I am 68, non smoker, and do not drink. I travel for my work internationally.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed your testis to be enlarged since 6-8 weeks .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) Do you have pain in scrotum on affected side ?
2) Do you have urinary symptoms like frequency for urination ,poor stream ,nocturia etc suggestive of Enlarged prostate which is common at this age .?
3) Do you have fever?

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum
4) Serum PSA.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Frequency for urination. The last PSA was within the range of good however, it is enlarged (9 months ago)

Enlarged prostate with swelling of the scrotum needs to get evaluated again .

It could be a simple secondary Hydrocele
