What Causes Swollen Tooth During Pregnancy?
Question: My daughter is 8 wks pregnant with an infected wisdom tooth. It is swollen. She has taken 500 mg. of penicillin 12 times and tooth is stil swollen. She has been to dentist yesterday. Is it normal for penicillin not to have an effect yet?

The swelling is finally going down and the pain is better. Should we still see another dentist? Or should we go to her obgyn?
