Brief Answer:
Here is what you do.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

Usually such episodes are temporary and they don't really show any long standing disease. At high altitudes losing oxygen can be one factor and sometimes when you haven't eaten of takem fluid for a while your sugar or BP might drop.

Here we have to consider if the person already had diabetes and blood pressure issues then they can be suspected to be a cause woth more certainty.

In your scenario our course of action will be to wait and see how it goes on. I would suggest you to stay calm just wait and see how things go you will most probably return back to normal to during this wait and see thing here is a few things you have to do.

1) Check your blood sugar specially when jitters get worse.
2) Keep an eye at your blood pressure readings.
3) Take good rest.
4) Drink some salt replacement drink like getorade.
5) try to stay calm.
6) Keep drinking good quanitity of fluids.
7) Dont eat large few meals, instead take smaller multiple meals.
8) Take an OTC anti histamin as well to counter any allergy if there.
Don't panic everything should get fine in a couple of days if it stays the same or gets worse then its advised to visit your doctor because in that case you will need some testing to be done.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.
