Brief Answer:
It is probably because of blocked tear duct.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your wife is having watering of the right eye and it is constant present through out the day and night.

The most common cause for this is blocked tear duct. This can be confirmed by simple tests like lacrimal syringing to test the patency of the lacrimal drainage system.
If obstruction is present it needs to be treated by appropriate surgery depending on the site of block.
Dry eye sometimes presents with tearing but it is usually associated with other symptoms like irritation, dryness, redness of eyes.

Since it appears like blocked tear duct, I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
