?? Suspecting folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicle); warm compresses
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
Thank you so much for responding, I really appreciate the information you have provided me with. Based on the information at hand, I strongly suspect an inflamed and/or infected hair follicle due to the hair being pulled as you have been wearing your hair up.
Following are my suggestions ma'am:
+Keep the region clean and dry at all times
+Apply warm compresses to the region
+You will have to leave your hair down for a while, in order to avoid pulling on the inflamed (possibly infected hair follicle)
+I am unsure about it being infected or not, as I cannot visually examine it, but if at all it is infected, then you may require antibiotic coverage (a doctors examination will be required for the same)
In the meantime, your main approach towards treating it will be heat compresses. I hope and pray you experience rapid and complete recovery. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.
