Brief Answer:
Evaluation of post menopausal bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,

Sore breast and bleeding mostly indicate an increased circulating Estrogen levels in the body.
It is concerning in a post menopausal woman. Certain tumors of the ovary can produce estrogen resulting in such symptoms. Endometrial fibroid, hyperplasia or tumors also need to be ruled out.

Vaginal examination, pelvic ultrasound, blood estrogen levels, FH, LSH levels and tumor marker like CA-125 are warranted at this point.

Post menopausal bleeding is not normal and requires detailed evaluation.
Please be advised to follow up with a Gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
