Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The pain behind the knee could well be due bursitis, that is inflamed and enlarge fluid filled sac.The other possible cause could be Osteoarthrosis, for this Xray is recommended.
To help you better please tell me -
1.Is there any radiating pain in leg with tingling sensation ?
2.Is there any swelling behind the knee ?
Meanwhile you may do ice fomentation, rest and take aleve as usual.
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care

No tingling just pain and can't sit. No swelling I was wondering could it be a blood clot or circulation problem
Brief Answer:
It does not looks to be blood clot
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you
Based on the discussion till now,it does not looks to be blood clot.As the common site is calf region and it is associated with warmth, redness and painful to touch.Do you have any feature ?
The most likely cause seems to be bursitis/muscular inflammation as it is associated with decreased movement. You may continue with the treatment as discussed earlier.
Hope this helps.
