What Causes Terrible Ulcer On Right Lower Leg?

Question: I have a very bad right lower leg ulcer and have had same for years, currently self medicating with gauze honey netting, which is somewhat helpful. The ulcer is not leaking, but the skin is very badly broken on the leg (shin front and rear and sides), and lumps of hard skin fall off the leg. In addition, a watery fluid is emanating from the side of the leg, but the Manuka Honey Gauze helps same, and cools it down. Have been to numerous doctors and Consultants, so far no help. What do you think.

It seems you have a chronic non healing ulcer on the leg. This can happen due to compromised blood circulation, diabetes, chronic infection, etc. Proper debridement of the wound and swab culture test is needed to find out the appropriate antibiotic to decrease the discharge from wound.
Do consult a surgeon and get proper debridement and regular antibiotics prescribed.
