What Causes Testicle Pain After A Work Out?

Question: Hello Doctor, My age is 30 and i am working in a IT /industry where i will sit and work for 9 hours with short breaks in between, for the past 4 days i am seeing some mild pain on my Testicals , it is not happening all the time but some time. i do cardio exercise everyday like cycling, Treadmil, Cross trianer, Skipping with rope and squats. is this causing the pain in my testicals. please suggest.

Brief Answer: Muscle pull Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Yes, the pain in the testicles you have could be due to musculoskeletal problems. Do avoid cycling, skipping, squats, skipping and cross trainer too for few weeks. Doing these can aggravate the pain. If the pain do not get subsided even weeks after stopping above exercises then you may have to get a Doppler scan of the testis done to rule out Torsion of testis which can present with pain.
