What Causes Testicle Pain And Discomfort In A Chronic UTI Patient?
Question: I am a Chronic UTI patient and I am in deep trouble.Yesterday morning when the burning in my groin area (rectum, testicles and perinium) became significant, I went to the urologist. He made me lie down, put on a glove and started examining my testicle. He placed his thumb on my right testicle and the first two fingers on the left testicle and pressed my testicle. He pressed them totally so hard that his thumb touched his fingers through my testicles and my right testicle was like split into two. This is similar to the case when we press a loose circular air ballon and make two circlular ballons out of it and the moment we release our press, the baloon gains its original circular posture. When he released my testicles they went back to their original shape and position. Surprisingly, I did not feel pain when the doctor was conducting the process. But today, one day after the test, I felt a little pain and discomfort every now and then in my right testicle.
1>. Are my testicles bursted? I am really worried.
2>. The right testicle had to face a lot of press. Is it damaged totally so as not to be able to produce sperms?
3>.Is the tube that carries and stores sperms blocked because of the pressure from testicles?
4>.How am I supposed to know if everything is fine. I am looking to do a semen analysis to see if I am still producing decent amount of sperms but I am afraid I may have a painful ejaculation because of the trauma my testicles faced.
Please help

I am afraid ultrasound technique will further press my testicles using a transducer and might increase my worries :(:(
Is it possible that due to the press the doctor applied, one or more of the seminiferous tubes got ruptured ? :(
I had previously done a semen analysis with good results..the last urine and semen culture showed clean urine and semen .
