What Causes Testicle Pain And Discomfort In A Chronic UTI Patient?
1>. Are my testicles bursted? I am really worried.
2>. The right testicle had to face a lot of press. Is it damaged totally so as not to be able to produce sperms?
3>.Is the tube that carries and stores sperms blocked because of the pressure from testicles?
4>.How am I supposed to know if everything is fine. I am looking to do a semen analysis to see if I am still producing decent amount of sperms but I am afraid I may have a painful ejaculation because of the trauma my testicles faced.
Please help
Testicular rupture is very unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I understand your concern.
I have gone through your query in detail.
First and most I appeal to you not to panic.
Testicles might have been subjected excessive pressure.
In the presence of chronic infection, the pain might have been precipitated.
The likelihood of sperm passage block and sperm production is extremely unlikely.
Avoid seminal analysis for 2 weeks until your infection resolves.
The best investigation which can clarify all your doubts is Ultrasound scrotal doppler and pelvic ultrasound. Both tests can throw great light on testicles, sperm passage tubes and prostate gland.
Please update me test results.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
I am afraid ultrasound technique will further press my testicles using a transducer and might increase my worries :(:(
Is it possible that due to the press the doctor applied, one or more of the seminiferous tubes got ruptured ? :(
I had previously done a semen analysis with good results..the last urine and semen culture showed clean urine and semen .
I am sorry if I am sounding like a mad man but I am extremely worried :(:(
Ultrasound is safe.

Hello, Sir.
I understand your concern.
No, sir Ultrasound can be done with ease. You need not worry about it. You can inform the sonographer about your concerns before hand.
Rupture of seminiferous tubules is extremely unlikely.
Normal seminal analysis will virtually rule out any traumatic rupture. Do not worry.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
Which one do you think is a better diagnosis:
1> MRI Of Pelvis( that would include MRI Of Scrotum and Testicles too)
2>.Ultrasound scrotal doppler and pelvic ultrasound
Relevant info provided.

For better delineation of scrotal organs- scrotal ultrasound best.
