iam male 28 unmaried,i am getting some pain in my testis.only few times in a day.i have the habbit of masturbation.Previously when i get pain i thought it was just blueballs and after mastubation there is no pain.But now iam not frequently masturbating,how could i avoid pain.iam getting married in 6 months.

You do not need to masturbate to relieve pain. Please avoid masturbation and keep it to once or twice a week. If there is associated swelling or lump then you could consult your doctor for a possible Ultrasound. It is probably all normal but better to get examined once. i met a doctor today,he examined my testis and said there is filaria he wrote a 10 day course and asked me to meet after 10 days.what is filaria ?when i asked him he replied it occurs due to mosquito bite. He said u sholud go for ultrasound after 10 days.
