Question: right testicle swelling
Brief Answer:
Need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
Testis swelling could be due to infection or traumatic and many others. I will require clinical examination of the swelling in order to rule out above causes and to diagnose.
So,it would be better if you can take the clinical picture of the swelling and upload it,I will go through the picture and will guide you accordingly.
Also, let me know some more information,
Do you have fever or pain?
Do you have history of hit or blunt trauma over testis?
Since how many days you have swelling?
Kindly get back to me with some more information as I asked.

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound of scrotum will be needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
A swollen tessticles without pain and traumatic history would either be hydrocoele or presence of water in the testis or an inguinal hernia.
It is really very hard to diagnose testicular swelling or abnormalities without a proper physical examination and an ultrasound.
I suggest doing a testicular ultrasound to have a good look inside your scrotum to properly diagnose your problem and advise the appropriate treatment.
Hope this will help, how to proceed further.Let me know if you have more queries.
