Brief Answer:
Need to investigate to rule out Enlarged Prostate

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted frequency for urination ,feeling of incomplete emptying of bladder after urination that you have could be mostly due to Enlarged Prostate which is common after the age of 55 years.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Uroflowmetry
5) Blood sugar tests to rule ot Diabetes.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean time start taking Cefixime and Nitrofuraantoin twice daily along with Tomsulosin once daily.

Thanks and Regards.
