Brief Answer:
Could be due to following few reasons

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have nocturnal frequency and urgency for urination (Nocturia)
This is mostly due to following three reasons
1) Reduced bladder capacity which is concomitant with ageing process
2) Over Active bladder syndrome
3) Narrowing of urethral passage that is common after menopause due to hormonal changes resulting in incomplete emptying of bladder
4) Other Associated illness like Diabetes

The urgency for urination can be treated with drugs like Darifenacin once daily and restricting water intake from 4 p.m onward.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thank you, Dr. XXXXXXX for you time. When I have excess gas I notice the problem a lot. When I have no gas, I sleep fairly well without interruption. If I don't take my Vitamin D, then the gas seems to get worse. I've tried writing down things I eat and do not eat to see if there's a connection. Not really, so far. May I ask the best diet to follow to limit gas, etc.? I'm hoping to stay away from medication, if possible. Many thanks.
