Brief Answer:
Sterile means that there is no active Bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Urine routine analysis has revealed presence of WBC where as there is no Bacterial grown on incubation .

White Blood Cells (WBC ) constitute the most important part of the defense mechanism of our body to fight against the either bacterial or Viral infection,During fight against infection of the Urinary Tract all the bacteria are killed at the same time some of the WBC have to sacrifice their life These dead WBC are shed off in urine .That is the reason no bacterial are detected in urine culture but dead WBC are revealed in routine urine analysis for few days after the battle against infection .
There is nothing to be worried about it .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
