Question: I dont know what is going on! My testes and penis are shriveled up all the time like a infant. It doesn't matter whether I'm hot or cold, May stay shriveled.???

Im able to get erections but not as stiff. Im also having difficulties ejaculating. My wife and I are trying to get pregnant and I had my sperm tested. They said the sperm count was fine but they were not Motil.
