Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection or nervous dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Constant need to urinate with incomplete emptying is suggestive of urinary tract infection or nervous dysfunction of the urinary bladder.
I will suggest you to get your urine examination done and get appropriate antibiotics if infection is found.
However, if no infection is there, then you should consult a urologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
