It seems gastric issue as well but due to this i am unable to sleep at night.... as its difficult to empty my bladder feel activeness in my urinary system, which makes me feel uneasy and to cause frequent washroom trips at night.

I request you to kindly suggest the cause of problem and what can be done to cure it

Does this problm has some biological name ?
Is there any temporary resolution/ medicine to cure it for good night's sleep?
please suggest some eating habits and food to avoid ?

Brief Answer:
Could be Urinary tract infection..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

I would like to know since how long you have this problem to help you with a solution..

If it has recent onset, it could be due to urinary infection.. A urine routine need to be done and if there is infection treatment with antibiotics and good hydration solves the problem..

But if it is chronic problem the cause of the problem has to be evaluated in detail.. The condition is called urinary retention and the causes are different.. Any mass in the lower part of bladder or small stones on the urethra can cause the problem.. Other causes are cystocele due to prolapse uterus, fibroid in the lower segment of uterus anteriorly.. So treatment differs on each condition..

Can you tell me whether you haven't any any gynecological complaints like excess bleeding, mass pv or history of stones in urinary tract or chronic constipation.

For the gas problem I would suggest plain diet rice, roti with lots of vegetables which is less gas forming..

Looking forward for your reply.. Good day..

yes

Hi..
Thanks for writing..

If you have any gynecological problems like excess bleeding, dysmennorhoea or mass in vagina a gynecologist can help you.. There can be problems with bladder for which help of urologist will be required..

So get a urine routine and an abdominal scan to know the cause of increased frequency..

Hope I have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts.. good day..
