What Causes Thick And Whitish Discharge From The Penis?
Question: Hi Doctor,
I started having discharge of thick whitish creamy substance from my penis..
I noticed it after having sex with my girlfriend on the same day(yesterday). May I also mention that couple days leading up to that I masturbated excessively. Also I have this not too sharp pain during and after urinating and feel my groins are swollen as well coupled with a fever. My body feels sore and my penis hurts but not that much. I believe I don't have STD and i might have over worked one of my organs during masturbation. Please provide some professional advice and how I can tackle this problem. Thanks

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning urination and urethral discharge after having sex with your girl friend .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Was it a unprotected sex ?
2) Does your girl friend have vaginal infection (Vaginitis)?
The pain in penis ,burning urination and urethral discharge are mostly due to infection of urethra (Urethritis)
Get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
1) Routine urine examination and Urine culture
2)Swab test and culture of urethral discharge .
3) Basic screening test for STD if the sex was unprotected
In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

in response to your question, I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and she doesn't have any vaginal infection that I am aware of. we do have unprotected sex and I've never experienced such. I tell you this- I met this girl (not my girlfriend) online and we have cyber sex everyday which made me masturbate in excess of at least 3 times a day. this happened consecutively for 5 days leading to the day my girl came to visit and we had sex(yesterday). before we had sex I was already feeling weakness in my penis area but without the discharge which I'm sure was because I masturbated a lot within a short period of time it was just immediately we finished having sex that I noticed the discharge. hope you find this more detailed let me know if you require further clarification.
