Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.
I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
It seems from the history that you are having thick creamy discharge from the eye.
The presence of discharge from the eyes is seen in inflammation of conjunctiva called as conjunctivitis.
Thick creamy discharge is seen in infective type of conjunctivitis. If other symptoms like redness, irritation are present it confirms the diagnosis. The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops.
The other condition to be ruled out is inflammation of lacrimal sac resulting in a condition called as chronic dacryocystitis. This condition will present with watering, discharge from the eyes. There can be a small swelling medial to medial canthus of the eye. The treatment in the initial stage is by use of antibiotic eye drops. If the disease becomes chronic it requires treatment by surgery to reestablish the drainage of tears.
Since you give history of allergic conjunctivitis, this appears more like conjunctivitis and it requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops.
Hence as of now you can use antibiotic eye drops.
If the condition does not resolve consultation with ophthalmologist is required for examination and treatment.
Hope the information is helpful to you.
Thank you
