What Causes Thick White Secretion Inside The Mouth And Swollen Gums?

Question: i have thick white secretion inside my bottom mouth when i wake up in morning. on this side i have burning sensation in inside cheeks. i also do have capped root canalled tooth in this side. i do not have any swollen gums or bleeding when i brush. i am really confused is it gum disesae or is it dry mouth causing it. in either case can u explain consequences and home traetment

This could be due to:
1. Fungal infection of mouth that is candidiasis.
2. Lichen planus
3. Gastro Esophageal reflux disease (GERD).
I would like to know:
1. Do you smoke or consume tobacco?
2. Any acidity or reflux you have?
3. Is that white secretion removable or it's sticked permanently?

Most likely fungal

Detailed Answer:
As per your description it seems to me Oral Candidiasis that is the fungal infection.
I would highly recommend you to see your doctor. If he agress to my opinion he would recommend you Cotrimazole mouth paint along with Oral Anti fungal like Fluconazole.
