What Causes This I Get Knots In My Upper Back And Shoulders From Stress ?

Question: I get knots in my upper back and shoulders from stress, which sometimes creep up my neck and become migraines. When this happens I use something called a fascia blaster to work the knots out of my back which provides me relief. I leave the device on my sofa or bed and laid back onto it using my body weight and movement to massage the knots out. I bruise easily and have bruised from something similar before when a friend was massaging the knots out with a massage tool, but this time the bruises have turned into what looks like a scab. What causes this and should I be concerned?
Brief Answer:
It can be caused by friction due to using fascia blaster.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I see the photo you attached and there are three brown spots which look more like scabs then like bruising.
I think they may have been caused while using fascia blaster probably due to increased friction while using it.
I don't think it is too much important .
Just try not to exert too much power to the fascia blaster while using it in order to have less friction and to avoid bruising and scabs.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
