URTI

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from Upper Respiratory tract infection (URTI).

Most cases URTI is due to viral infection and it gets better with in 5 days.

You should take an anti allergic like Levocetrizine which is available as OTC drug.

You should do warm saline gargles at least 3-4 times a day and do steam inhalation.

Taking throat lozenges like Strepsils also helps.

In cases, where we find non resolving pain or fever, we prefer to use antibiotics like Azithromycin.

You may also take Paracetamol on as or when required basis for fever and body pains.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
