Brief Answer:
Neurologist opinion
Detailed Answer:
Hello there
Throbbing sensations can be due to atypical migraine, vascular anomaly, tumor etc.
Do you feel them all the time ? If it's a very recent onset, you should visit a neurologist as soon as possible to rule out serious cause.
MRI with MRA would be a good option to help rule out those causes..
Hope this answers your query.
Further queries are welcome.
