Brief Answer:
Throbbing headache right side management

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Right side throbbing headache can be due to various reasons. She can be treated only after confirming the diagnosis. The common differential diagnosis are

- Migraine
- Cluster headcahe
- Right side mass lesion like sphenoid wing meningioma
- Right eye disease like Glaucoma.
- Right side Trigeminal neuralgia

To reach at particular diagnosis, your wife needs to consult neurologist and undergo few investigations

- Vision checkup and intraoccqular pressure monitoring.

- MRI brain to rule out any brain lesions

These investigations will help in reaching some conclusion. The treatment differs for each disease.
Till then, for pain relief, your wife can follow few tips

- Give her rest
- Avoid bright light
- Give her almost 8 to 9 hours sleep
- For pain relief, she can take diclofenac or Acetaminophen after proper prescription.
- If there is vomiting, you can give her pantoprazole with Domperidone after proper prescription.

Hope it will help her. If you need any more help, do let me know.
Thanks. Take care.
