What Causes Tight Chest Feeling And Cracking In Knees, Ankles And Elbows?
Question: Male 20, for a couple months ive been waking up feeling like my chest is tight and a feeling like i have to crack it .when i stretch the middle of my chest cracks like 5 times like my knuckles would. No pain. But sore.Then for the past month my muscles get sore with minimal activitiy .recently my knees and ankles and elbows feel weird and they have been cracking a lot . My knees sometimes feel like i hyperextended them . Same with my elbow but other times they are fine. Could i have arthritis ? Or fibromyalgia? Im freaking out and scare that im going to need a wheelchair in the future or wont be able to live life normaly . I just want to feel normal again and kinda dont want to be crippled for the rest of my life .help!!!

Isnt the bening syndrone mostly common with kids. Can it still be happening with my age? Amd for curiosity since neither really has a treatment what wouls you suggest for both
