Good Day and Thank You for being with HealthCare Magic!

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your male organ. Yes a clear image of your problem would help me alot so that i can give you a better answer to your question.

Generally, a tight foreskin would mean you have a condition we called phimosis. This is a presence of a tight band in the foreskin that is preventing the head of the penis to come out easily. There is congenital and acquired phimosis. Congenital is presence at birth while acquired is when suddenly there is tightness in the foreskin that was not present before. Acquired is usually due to inflammation of the prepuce and recurrent infection and inflammation causing tissue scarring and fibrosis.

Treatment for phimosis could be medical (steroid cream on the preputial tip), frenuloplasty and circumcision and would laregely depend on patient preference.

Herpes infection is a life long disease and the virus would remain dormant in the body and would re activate during illnesses and change of weather. Herpes lesions are small painful ulcers in the penis and would dry up in a weeks time. During the presence of the ulcers you are shedding virus and at the most infective stage of the disease. Anti-herpes virus drugs are widely available and would help shorten active phases of the disease. These are prescription medicines and would need you to see a doctor in your area. Herpes cannot be eradicated in your system but you can live a healthy life with herpes with proper guidance and antiviral medicines.
