Question: i was having a normal penis with normal sex life, suddenly my penis skin very tight and i cannot move backword or forward it causes severe pain and getting cut on foreskin also

since 15 days i got this problem earlier i neaverhad this problem i am mild diabetic, i am not a tight a phimosis as far i know

Check blood sugar: fasting, post-meal and random.

Get started with proper antibiotic, metronidazole probiotic.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally after cleaning with plain water as often as possible.
Consult a General Surgeon and Physician as required for proper evaluation and prescription based problem.
It is possible that you may need circumcision operation.
