Question: I have tightness and dull aches in both kidneys and have gas and acid buildup in stomach and chest and belch alot. Smoker, overweight and eat poorly, what is it

Thanks for the clarification.
You have symptoms of dyspepsia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Alcohol, smoking and obesity are all risk factors you have which are responsible for these symptoms.
You need to quit smoking and drinking alcohol.
You need to reduce weight.
You need to avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, tomatoes and fatty food.
You should avoid bedtime snacks and go to bed at least 2 hours after food.

You can take OTC prilosec for relief.

I also feel ljke my ribs and rib cage is swollen. It feels tight and dull at times on both sides.

Sometimes yes. I also have trouble breathing when i grt acid buildup in my chest. The ribs feel sore and ache also and no i havnt done x ray

You think its the diaphagrm . It feels like its burning and when i burp sometimes it goes away for a little bit

Relief that you get with burping points towards GERD only.

Since you are apprehensive that you feel tightness in the chest on both sides and that you trouble breathing at times and have cough, I suggested a chest xray to rule out lung issues.

Its more so on the sides lf thr rib cage and the back center. I grt an ichy feeling and dull ache at times

When i breath i feel pressure and blockage on the right side of my back on the middle lower side. It feels like sonething is pressing up against my bone or a sonethjng is there , you think it can be from gerd

When in doubt the best thing to do is a trial of PPI medications like prilosec.
If the symptom is due to GERD, then there will be relief.
