What Causes Tightness And Heaviness In Both Arms And Upper Chest?

Question: I sometimes have a tightness and heaviness in both arms and upper chest. At the same time, I feel "spacy". Only lasts about 5 minutes. This has been going on for years. The frequency is completely random. A year can go by between occurrences, or It can have symptoms twice in one day. I had stress test and nerve conduction test several years ago, but my symptoms remained a mystery. Please help!

If it is short duration and episodic then I think it would be great to consider seizure and anxiety ad 2 possibilities. Please get a sleep deprived meaning where you do not sleep a night before EEG done. If it is normal I would recommended a psychiatrist opinion.
