my penis shaft tip is so tight?
i checked diabetis
its 300 having
im suffering past 3 months above for itchness and penis tip tight
i had smoking habit i left smoking ,alcohol everything last 10 days completely
i met local sidha doctor ,he adviced me to take an ayurvedic oil
i cant able to control daily mastubration
im getting itchness in tip,after mastubration only im getting relaxed

C peptide levels in blood also should be tested to find out whether it is type 1 or 2 diabetes. If it is type 1 then you need to take insulin. C peptide levels will help us to understand whether your body is producing enough insulin or not.
If type 2 then it can be managed with metformin and Dpp4 inhibitors like sitagliptin along with diet and exercise. But avoid sulphonylurea group drugs. If properly controlled with diet exercise and drugs then you will be fine. If you keep such high sugar levels then there is risk for kidney and retina of eye damage as well as damage to most organs in body. A consultation with physician or diabetologist is well appreciated.
Your weight is also high. As your height is 182 the ideal weight for you should be 82 plus or minus 5. So it should be kept within 87 kg. If you don't want to take medicine for diabetes for long term then you can go with liraglutide injections. This will help to reverse your diabetes. This is applicable if it is type 2 diabetes.
