Welcome to Healthcare-Magic

Dear Sir
Going by description of your symptoms its like to be due to emotional stress. Angina is unlikely at your age but it can't be conclusively ruled out without getting ECG.
12 Lead Electrocardiogram will be very reassuring in consultation with your GP.
