For 3 days now I have felt like I have a 3rd arm coming out of my right shoulder. It is just a sensation and I know I do not have a third arm. The feeling comes and goes and if I'm not feeling like I have a 3rd arm i'm feeling like my actual arm is not of my own. For weeks my right shoulder has been extremly tight and I can't relax it I don't know if this has anything to with where these sensations have stemmed from. I also not sure if these sensations are stemming from my imagination or what sometimes I think that they are just odd obsessive thoughts and the more i think about it the worse it gets. I have anxiety and depression issues as well not sure if this could be a bit of anxiety too.

Brief Answer:
Don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for the sensation you are experiencing
Anyway you can be sure that it isn't something to worry too much
First of all you need to schedule a roentgen of your articulation ( scapulo-humeral) it will exlude any bone problem.
I can be more helpful with you provide me the current therapy you are taking.
Wish you all the best

So you don't think this anything neurological, but more psychological. I had a ct scan of my head a few months ago and everything was fine. I am currently taking cipralex and klonopin for my anxiety and depression issues. i don't think i have any bone issues but i'm pretty sure I have muscle and nerve problems. My right shoulder and neck are so tight and they have a burning sensation constantly lately.

Brief Answer:
Probably cervical discopathy

Detailed Answer:
Dear
it is probably a minor cervical discopathy which is provoking your burning sensation.
You have to schedule a cervical MR because it will confirm or exlude it.
In the meantime you can use pain killers such as ibuprofen to avoid pain.
I don't think it is a psychological problem, probably you have a minor cervical discopathy wich is causing it.
Schedule the MRI, use ibuprofen and continue your current medication till MRI is done and you will be fine.
Hope my answer helps you

Brief Answer:
MRI

Detailed Answer:
Dear
you are experiencing that sensation because of burning that cervical discopathy cause.
There isn't any third arm, you can be sure for that.
MR will show the disc problem if. there is any and on MR we can see even muscle and nerves roots.
I don't think there is anything to worry
