What Causes Tightness In The Chest, Nausea, Chills, Blackout And Tiredness After Eating?

Question: A couple of days ago I had an incident, where after eating, I experienced a tightness in my chest, it felt like ingestion, the chills, a momentary blackout, extreme tiredness where I could not stay awake, nausea and eventually throwing up, a bad headache, sweating, and extreme tiredness. In the past couple of weeks I have been working 60 plus hour weeks and working everyday. The night before this happened I worked 16 hours with little sleep and eating little as my appetite has been down. Does it sound like this episode was due to the stress over the past month or something more serious?
Brief Answer:
Related to non regular lifestyle, nothing serious
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It could be caused blood pressure or blood sugar fluctuations due to non regular lifestyle.
Don't worry, just try to regulate your lifestyle and everything will be fine, otherwise you may develop health problems in the future. The organism can't bear such stress for a long time, it gets exhausted.
