What Causes Tightness Neck And Feeling Of Something Stuck In Thorat?

Question: feeling tightness in neck and feeling of something stuck in throat and pressure in the jaw.im 37 year old male and I smoke and drink alcohol often.no medical history.tongue has a little white on surface and appears to be some small red dots on the sides at the back of tongue.

Although it is more likely that you are having a chronic infection in your throat but there can be other sinister possibilities also and these must be ruled out. The dot doctor will do am Endoscopy on you and have a look inside your throat . Once the cause is known, you can be treated accordingly. Please stop smoking and drinking completely and also avoid spicy and oily food. Please dont delay and meet your ent doctor soon. Take care

any chance it could be dental related like out of align jaw cause I have a bad overbite.there is no pain in the throat but a little in the jaw and neck muscles.which symptoms suggest seein a ent?
