Brief Answer:
I think it could be low calcium, low Vitamin B12 or diabetes and allergies

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam, thank you for asking healthcare magic
I understand your concerns.

Concerning tingling, I would say it can be caused by a good number of conditions but in your own case, I think some few cases have to be ruled out.

1) A low calcium level in blood (Hypocalcemia). This often manifest with muscle cramps, fatigue, tingling and so on. This condition is more common in people who are aging. To be sure of this, you would need to do a certain lab test called serum electrolyte panel.

2) Long term complication of diabetes. In people with type 2 diabetes, some are diagnosed with complications before they are aware that they have diabetes. I think you would need to do a fasting blood sugar level to rule out this condition.

3) Low levels of vitamin B12 in your body. A test like a full blood count can give a clue concerning this. If there is vitamin B12 deficiency, your red blood cells would be bigger than normal.

I would suggest you do a serum electrolyte panel, fasting blood sugar and a full blood count at least.

Concerning the welts, it is possible that it is related to allergies. At times it can be very difficult to identify the allergen. I would suggest you try anti histamines like loratadine or cetirizine and also avoid cold.
